Strategic Partnership Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

The Program is designed for approved Strategic Partners who refer clients to select offerings within our audience-building, media visibility, and thought leadership services operated by fromZero2Sixty / The Viral Network.

2. Approved Services

Strategic Partners may refer clients to the following approved services:

  • Getting to the Stage (Talk Application Program)
  • Speaker Packages (Influencer, Best-Seller, Double Best-Seller, Million Maker)
  • Media Connector
  • Speak2Lead
  • Lead Generator
  • YouTube Channel Formula

3. Referral Process

Each Strategic Partner receives a unique account through our partner platform. This account is required to ensure referral credit is properly tracked and attributed.

4. Commission Structure

  • $0 to $5,000 referred per month: 10% commission
  • $5,001 to $10,000 per month: 12.5% commission
  • $10,001 and above per month: 15% commission

Commission tiers reset monthly. Payouts are processed quarterly with a 30-day validation period.

5. Payment Terms

Commissions are processed 30 to 90 days after the referred client's payment is received and cleared. Payments are issued via PayPal, Payoneer, Wise, or an agreed method.

6. Marketing Assets

Approved partners may use only marketing assets and language provided or approved by us. Use of the TED or TEDx trademarks must follow public usage guidelines and must not imply endorsement or official TED partnership.

7. Program Conduct

We reserve the right to revoke Strategic Partnership status at any time if there is misuse of branding, deceptive marketing, or breach of confidentiality.

8. Term and Termination

Participation is at-will and may be terminated by either party with written notice. Commissions for active referrals will be honoured for up to 90 days after termination.

9. Confidentiality

Strategic Partners agree to maintain confidentiality around internal processes, pricing structures, and client data.

10. TED Disclaimer

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. fromZero2Sixty is a product of TheViralNetwork Pty Ltd, a company registered in New South Wales, Australia.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. All active partners will be notified of any material changes.
